Low Friction Teflon Seals

Our seals are a combination of a rubber seal and a teflon lined lip. This combination allows us to have a "memory" in our seal lip.

Many people suffer from a solid teflon seal and it's lack of "memory." These seals work good with vacuum as the vacuum pulls the sealing lip onto the contact surface. The downside with this type of seal is that when the seal does not have any vacuum, it tends to leak.

With our seal, due to the rubber and teflon combination, our sealing lip has a "memory." The seal lip is very plyable. Our seal will seal without vacuum as well as it does with vacuum.

Our goal with this seal line is simple. Supply a low friction teflon seal while enjoying the bennefits of high vacuum levels and high pressures.
